You will need a chair for get this gold bar. There is one chair inside a room (radio room). Be careful to not destroy it. If so, load the game. Be also careful with the cables when jumping. They are electrified, obviously. 
 
 
The gold bar is in that corner (where the crosshair is) 
 
 
First of all, you will need to jump to those crates (with the chair in the hand) 
 
 
Once on the top of the crates, jump to this window but do not touch those cables 
 
 
Then jump on the other side 
 
 
Now you can leave the chair in the floor for jump those cables

This is like the previous secret but this time it doesn’t require a chair for reach the spot. The gun and the gold bar are located in that roof (where the crosshair is). First of all, you will need to jump to that truck. 
 
 
Once on the truck, you will need to jump on that little red / white house 
 
 
Once on the top of that little house (alarm building or whatever you want to call it) jump in the direction of that big white door (there is a ledge above that door) 
 
 
Above that ledge, there is another one. Face the wall and jump up (window ledge) 
 
 
All what you need to do now is jump over some cables (be close to the wall for not touch those cables) and you will find a FG42 and a gold bar there.
