How to Grow a Garden

• A [small or large] garden plot can be built
• One plant can be grown for as little as 10 wood planks
• Large costs for 18 wood planks, and 2 plants
• The general store sells seeds
• Available in packs of 10
• Put seed in the plot
• Use a water bucket to water your seed.
• Plant drinks water and grows every 5 minutes in-game
• Only when the sun shines (6:00-20:00
• Don't allow the water level to drop too low
• Once the growth bar reaches 100, it's time to harvest
• Most plants produce multiple harvests and do not require replanting
• If the grey bar becomes full, the plant may be dead.
• Fertilizer makes plant grow faster
• Automatic sprinklers should be within the radius of the water turbine

TL;DR

• Keep your plants hydrated, especially when leaving the ranch and returning.

• Grapes aren't worth the effort.
• Get a composter first
