you can use cheats for this part. all you have to do is escape the fire pit.

and then stop when you get to this area.

find the lock on the gate and put your crosshair directly on it.

after you have done that, open the console and type the command “ent_fire !picker enablemotion” without quotation marks. if it doesn’t work, then type in “sv_cheats 1” with no quotation marks then try again.

good job! you now have a lock to do whatever you want with it

STEp 6 (optional)(for fun)

you can do many things with your new lock. such as, breaking a large fan with it

or throw it in the death water.
