There are a few maps that have secrets that can be found out of bounds. This guide will explain what these secrets are and where to find them.

I had no idea about other people’s attempts to find Companion Cubes, while I found the majority of these cubes by myself there were a couple that other people have found that I missed. I found the cube between Chambers 21 and 22 using Defalt’s guide and video, the cube in the Human Storage Vault I found by watching a video from a Youtuber known as lewapro, and the cube between Chambers 2 and 3 was found by MaRsun.

Before your container moves to the left track that leads to the first test chamber, below the track on the right is a container with a Companion Cube underneath it.

Between Chambers 2 and 3

Found through MaRsun.

After completing Chamber 2, there is an elevator that takes you to Chamber 3. In one of the corners, a Companion Cube can be seen, noclip is not required.

Chamber 10

When you enter Chamber 10, go to the future and use noclip to get above the cube dispenser and a Companion Cube can be found.

Between Chambers 13 and 14

When you have completed Chamber 13, there is a staircase that leads to Chamber 14. Use noclip to go above the staircase and find a Companion Cube.

Between Chambers 17 and 18

When you finish Chamber 17 you usually jump on a series of Aerial Faith Plates to get to Chamber 18. When you move onto the first Aerial Faith Plate you move through a simple test chamber, which just so happens to have a Companion Cube inside. You will need to use noclip to get in.

Chamber 20

In the present Chamber 20, you can use noclip to get above the entrance and find a Companion Cube.

However, what makes this Companion Cube interesting is the fact that you don’t need noclip to see it, just move to the back of the test chamber and look at the holes right above the entrance.

Between Chambers 21 and 22

Found through Defalt.

When you are done with Chamber 21, two turrets will be revealed behind a wall. After killing the turrets, portal your way into the room and in the top right corner, a Companion Cube can be seen watching over you.

Between Chambers 23 and 24

When moving between Chamber 23 and 24, there is a massive box in which P-Body can be seen leaving. While I found the model using noclip, someone by the name of Gedles managed to record this happening.

Chamber 25

Once you enter Chamber 25, go to the future and use noclip to go above the test chamber. The Companion Cube should be right above the walkway to the end.
