This guide is here to help you build your first Stealth build. I’m going to show you everything from skills and weapons 🙂
 
 

Gear and Perk deck

Primary pistols – gruber kurz akimbo
 
Secondary pistol – judge shotgun
 
Equipment – ecm jammer
 
Melee – fists
 
Throwable – pocket ecm
 
 
Perk deck: Hacker (The more maxed it is , its better)
 
 

 
 
 

Skills

So to even start , you need at least 59 skill points. Most of them is going to be spend in SHINOBI skill tree. So , first of all ace DUCK AND COVER AND PARKOUR. Then ace all skills in SHINOBI (as shown in the picture down below).
 
 

 
 
After that you gonna go to ENFORCER (Tank skills) , and upgrade RESILIENCE AND TRANSPORTER to basic.
