Make sure the room is full of chlorine gas, the high threshold could be anywhere between 0~99 because we need some space to circulate the liquid, low threshold can be 0.
 
 

 
 
just need buffer gate and NOT gate, for safety, its better to set for 200 secs but i think 150 secs can be used too.
