Dark Forest Lore Page

First of all, know the trick about double jumping. If you fall, you can’t do a second jump. If you jump, THEN fall, you can do the 2nd jump.
 
 
There’s a screen with a Russian Bear (source: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/pc/160344-mystik-belle/faqs/72331/pieces-of-lore-location – [gamespot.com]  ), and there’s a portal nearby. Go to the top-left entrance of the screen. Jump off the ledge. After some time, do the second jump towards the left provided you jumped instead of just fall. I didn’t have to dash left, but the option is there
 
 
Another guide said to do it from the platform on the right. Didn’t work for me. I kept not making it after the 3rd dash, and I’m pretty good at games.
 
 

 
 
 

Lore Piece near Balconies

Do you know where the dumpster is? Yeah, just keep going up and you’ll find it. It’s above where the rope was. The dumpster is to the left of the kitchen
 
 
I read so many guides trying to describe this location, and it was confusing. If they only posted a screenshot, it would have saved me time
