The crows are everywhere, ducks aren’t.
Most of the time it’s very hard to scare away ducks while crows spawn underneath you
and instantly fly away!

~Are Ducks annoying?~

I’ll leave it up to you. You can get pretty close to them and they won’t fly away, neither make too much noise to give away your position.

~Rarity and Sound~

Ducks are a rather rare sight in the Bayou. Their sound may be simillar to the Water Devil.
Sometimes they “fake” footsteps behind you. Mostly these footsteps are just sounds of ducks diving in the water.

In my opinion ducks were a pretty cool addition to the game in Early Access. They give a variety to the category of harmless animals. If you hate them, you can always burn them! 😈
It’s not worth it though! That’d make much more noise than just simply scaring them away which is pretty hard already.
