Literally just an achievement guide for the 53 achievements. I am very, very bored.
 
 
This list will not only include the tasks required to complete the achievement, but some will also include tips on how to complete it as easily and quickly as possible.

All achievements are listed in decreasing percentage of players completed
 
 
The percentage written after each achievement is the percentage of all players that has completed the achievement at the time of this guide being written.
 
 
If you want to find a specific achievement, use ctrl+f and type in the name of the achievement.
 
 
Each part consists of about 20 or less achievements.
 
 
 

Achievements (Part 1)

1. Welcome to México

Arrive at Horizon Festival México
 
 
All you have to do is finish the introduction of the game by reaching the Horizon Festival. This should be very easy and should not take very long. You are also not required to be in first place.
 
 

2. Adaptable

Complete the On a Wing and a Prayer Showcase Event
 
 
Once you finish the introduction of the game, you’ll instantly be introduced with your very first Showcase Event “On a Wing and a Prayer”. Simply drive towards the location of the Showcase Event and complete it. You do not have to win, but you must finish the event.
 
 

3. Race into Action

Complete any Horizon Race Event
 
 
By completing both the introduction and the first Showcase Event, you’ll be presented with a set of races. All you have to do is participate in any of them and finish the race. You do not need to be in first place to get the achievement.
 
 

4. Mi Casa

Unlock the first Player House
 
 
The first house you will be introduced to is Casa Bella, which is basically just a pink box. You will be given this house for free after racking up enough accolade points (XP).
 
 

5. This Is The Way

Start a new chapter of the Horizon Adventure
 
 
Once you have purchased your first house, you will be able to get 1 Adventure Unlock point. All you have to do is use that point on any available slot in the Horizon Adventure Map.
 
 

6. Manufacturer Affinity

Earn a Manufacturer Bonus
 
 
Forza Horizon 5 introduces a new “Car Collections” page. For each manufacturer, you will need to collect a certain amount of cars to receive a bonus. One of the easier bonuses to get would be for SIERRA Cars, as you only require 1 car for a manufacturer bonus and it costs only 45,000 credits.
 
 

7. First Love

Purchase your first car from the Autoshow
 
 
By visiting the Horizon Festival or Player Home, you are able to visit the Autoshow to purchase any car. There are cars that cost only about 25,000 credits and that should get you this achievement. You can also purchase cars from the new Car Collections menu.
 
 

8. Far from the Mudding Crowd

Build the Horizon Apex Outpost
 
 
Use an adventure point to unlock the Horizon Apex Expedition (Tulum Expedition) and complete the expedition. After you complete the expedition, the Horizon Apex Outpost will automatically be built.
 
 

9. No Stone Unturned

Complete your first Expedition
 
 
Use an adventure point to unlock any of the Horizon Expeditions and complete the expedition. There are 5 expeditions in total.
 
 

10. New Tune

Find a place to install the Horizon Pulse Radio Beacon
 
 
In the Tulum Expedition, you will have the opportunity to install the Horizon Pulse Radio Beacon. Once you are presented with the optional accolades in the expedition, simply drive up to the objective and your player will immediately install the beacon for you.
 
 

11. Stunning Photography

Take a photo during a tropical storm
 
 
Wait until a tropical storm occurs. You can usually tell by loud winds, heavy rain, as well as lightning. Pull out your camera and take a picture. Your car does not need to be in the picture and you do not need to save the picture for this achievement.
 
 

12. Viva Horizon!

Unlock your first Horizon Finale Event
 
 
The easiest Horizon Finale Event to unlock is The Marathon, since it only requires 3 Adventure Points. If you have yet to unlock the Street Scene expedition, the other easy one would be The Goliath. You do not need to race for the achievement.
 
 

13. Good Carma

Give another player some Kudos to show your appreciation
 
 
You can give Kudos when someone gifts you a car, or when you complete an event created by another player. You only need to give 1 Kudos for this achievement.
 
 

14. A Forza Edition to my Collection

(62.0%)
 
Earn a Forza Edition car from a Wheelspin or Super Wheelspin
 
 
Wheelspins and Super Wheelspins can both grant you a Forza Edition car. Super Wheelspins will have a higher chance of giving you a Forza Edition car. Wheelspins at the end of any race can also grant you this achievement, as long as you get any Forza Edition car from it.
 
 

15. An Item Of Extreme Value

Discover and photograph the Golden Tlaloc Totem
 
 
In the Tulum Expedition, you will be sent out into an area where a temple is. There is an optional accolade that requires you to look for a statue. Once you find the statue, photograph the statue for this achievement.
 
Hint: The statue is at the South-East of the temple.
 
 

16. Icebreaker

Participate in a Horizon Arcade Event
 
 
Horizon Arcade Events can happen at any time. There will be a normal version and a drift version. You just need to participate in any of them. You do not need to finish round 3 to get this achievement.
 
 

17. AWDyssey

(47.1%)
 
Build the Horizon Wilds Outpost
 
 
Use an adventure point to unlock the Horizon Wilds Expedition (Jungle Expedition) and complete the expedition. After you complete the expedition, the Horizon Wilds Outpost will automatically be built.
 
 

18. There’s Always Money in the Baja Stand

Build the Horizon Baja Outpost
 
 
Use an adventure point to unlock the Horizon Baja Expedition (Baja Expedition) and complete the expedition. After you complete the expedition, the Horizon Baja Outpost will automatically be built.
 
 

19. Ask Any Racer, Any Real Racer

Build the Horizon Street Scene Outpost
 
 
Use an adventure point to unlock the Horizon Street Scene Expedition (Guanajuato Expedition) and complete the expedition. After you complete the expedition, the Horizon Street Scene Outpost will automatically be built.
 
 

20. Adrenaline Rush

Build the Horizon Rush Outpost
 
 
Use an adventure point to unlock the Horizon Rush Expedition (Canyon Expedition) and complete the expedition. After you complete the expedition, the Horizon Rush Outpost will automatically be built.
 
 
 

Achievements (Part 2)

21. Show Me Your Moves!

Play any EventLab Event created by another player
 
 
As you slowly unlock more races, you will notice that some races have a turquoise-coloured conical flask symbol on them. These races have a special EventLab Event that you can participate in. You must complete the event in order to get this achievement.
 
 

22. A Heart of Gold

(40.5%)
 
Send another player a Gift Drop
 
 
Send out any car that you own to anyone. You can gift cars through certain barns that you have found, or through the pause menu by clicking the “Gift Cars” tab.
 
 

23. Long Gone

(36.7%)
 
Win the Goliath Race Event
 
 
Once you have unlocked The Goliath with your Horizon Adventure point, go towards the Goliath on the South-East side of the map and race. You can race in any difficulty as long as you win the race.
 
 

24. Hall of Famer

(21.1%)
 
Reach the Horizon Hall of Fame
 
 
You must complete every single Horizon Adventure ticket as well as to reach 200,000 Accolade Points (XP). You can gain XP by participating in events. After completing these set of objectives, you will receive an invitation. Drive to the main Horizon Festival Location after you get the invitation and get listed into the Horizon Hall of Fame.
 
 

25. Tourist Attraction

Complete your first Horizon Tour Race Event
 
 
The Horizon Tour will take some time to complete, so don’t try to complete one if you are busy. You do not need to win the Horizon Tour, but just complete it. You are also unable to this offline.
 
 

26. Seasoned Veteran

(15.2%)
 
Complete a Festival Playlist activity in every season
 
 
In the Festival Playlist, you will be able to find 4 Seasons. Each season will include a set of objectives/missions to complete. Simply complete at least 1 in each season in order to get this achievement.
 
 

27. Cover to Cover

(14.5%)
 
Earn 3 stars on all chapters in a single Horizon Story
 
 
As you progress through the game, Horizon Stories will start to appear on the map. You must complete every single chapter in a Horizon Story with 3 stars in every chapter in order to get this achievement.
 
 

28. You’re the Champion

(14.0%)
 
Win any Event in Horizon Open
 
 
In Horizon Open, you will be presented with 4 different events (Playground Games, Open Racing, Open Drifting, Eliminator). You are allowed to play any of these as long as you win the event. The easiest to win would be Playground Games, since it is a Team VS Team event.
 
 

29. Putting on a Show

Win every Showcase Event
 
 
There are 4 Showcase Events in total, all with varying levels of difficulty. You must win all 4 of them in order to get this achievement.
 
 

30. Jackpot

(11.0%)
 
Fully complete a run of Super7
 
 
In every Super7 run, there will be 7 challenges. Each challenge will have a different objective. All you have to do is complete all 7 challenges for this achievement. If there is a challenge that is too difficult, you are allowed to burn the challenge until you find an easier one.
 
 

31. Better Than New

(9.4%)
 
Restore 14 Barn Finds in México
 
 
There are a total of 14 Barn Finds in Forza Horizon 5 and they can appear in any season. All you have to do is find all 14 Barn Finds and finish restoring each car. The 14th Barn Find is a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO and it will take several hours to complete restoring.
 
 

32. Mogul

(8.8%)
 
Purchase all 7 Player Houses
 
 
Since you’ll be given the first Player House for free, the hard part would be unlocking the other 6. If you have the Premium Edition of Forza, you will be given another 2 houses for free. The last 4 houses will cost you about 7,000,000 to 8,000,000 credits to buy, each with different benefits to your character.
 
 

33. Racing and Pacing and Plotting the Course

Win 80 different Race Events in México
 
 
You can participate in any 80 different races as long as you win each race. You can also do it in any difficulty as long as you get first place in each race.
 
 

34. Album Cover

(6.2%)
 
Take a photo of the 2021 Mercedes-AMG ONE for Horizon Promo
 
 
Simply take a picture of the 2021 Mercedes-AMG ONE. You do not need to own the car to get the achievement. You are allowed to take a picture of other people’s AMG ONE. You can also participate in any event that allows you to drive the AMG ONE and take a picture of that.
 
 

35. Ride and Seek

(6.0%)
 
Discover and drive every road in México
 
 
There are 578 set of roads in Forza Horizon 5. The achievement will unlock once you get about 574/578 roads, so you do not need to look for every nook and cranny.
 
 

36. Front Runner

(5.6%)
 
Finish 5 Horizon Tour Race Events ahead of all Drivatars
 
 
In each Horizon Tour, you will have about 3 races in each Horizon Tour. You do not need to win all 5 races as long as you are ahead of every single AI (Drivatar) that is in each race.
 
 

37. How to Race Friends and Influence People

Earn 3 stars in the ‘Tristan’ Chapter of the ‘Born Fast’ Horizon Story
 
 
When you unlock the “Born Fast” Horizon Story, reach Chapter 8. Complete Chapter 8 with 3 stars in order to unlock this achievement. Complete the race in 2 minutes 25 seconds to get 3 stars.
 
 

38. Unbeatable Triumph

(4.6%)
 
Win 6 different Race Events against Unbeatable Drivatars
 
 
You must win 6 separate Race Events in the maximum difficulty in order to get this achievement. Alternatively, “The Trial” is set to have Unbeatable Drivatars on default, but that will take you 6 weeks to complete this achievement.
 
 

39. You Could Say I’m a Fan

(3.0%)
 
Earn a Manufacturer Bonus for a collection of 25 or more cars
 
 
In the “Car Collections” page, look for a manufacturer with 25 or more cars. This is usually Ford or Ferrari. Collect the amount required to get a Manufacturer Bonus and collect the bonus. This will grant you the achievement.
 
 

40. Complete Collection

(2.8%)
 
Find and smash all 250 Bonus Boards in México
 
 
There are a total of 200 XP Bonus Boards and 50 Fast Travel boards. You must smash every single one of these boards in order to get the achievement.

41. Living Legend

Earn 300 stars from PR Stunts in México
 
 
There are a total of 104 PR Stunts that you are able to unlock in Forza Horizon 5, each with varying difficulty. You can get any amount of stars in each of them as long as they total up to 300 stars.

31 Speed Traps
 
20 Drift Zones
 
20 Danger Signs
 
10 Trailblazer Gates + 1 The Juggernaut
 
 

42. Chicken Dinner

(1.9%)
 
Win your first game of The Eliminator
 
 
You must get 1st place in The Eliminator in order to get this achievement. This means that you must reach the Final Showdown without losing, followed by winning the Final Showdown itself. The Final Showdown usually happens when there are only 12 or less players.
 
 

43. Cactus Makes Perfect

(1.9%)
 
Smash 500 cacti during México’s Wet Season
 
 
You must smash 500 cactus during the Summer Season in Forza Horizon 5. Smashing cactus during other seasons will not count towards to achievement.
 
 

44. Fit to Print

(1.1%)
 
Take 50 photos of Legendary cars for Horizon Promo
 
 
You must first unlock Horizon Promo through purchasing the Lugar Tranquilo Player House. The house is free if you have Premium Edition, but would otherwise cost you 700,000 credits. Take a picture of 50 different Legendary Cars. Taking 50 pictures of the same car will not count toward to achievement. You do not need to save the photo for the achievement.
 
 

45. Min, Meet Max

Complete all Events in a Festival Playlist Series
 
 
You must complete every single Event in all 4 seasons of the Festival Playlist in order to get this achievement.
 
 

46. Ford of the Wings

(0.9%)
 
Earn 3 Stars at the Eagle’s Perch Danger Sign in a Ford Supervan 3
 
 
The Eagle’s Perch Danger Sign is location in the most South-East part of the map. You must use the 1994 Ford Supervan 3 and get 3 stars in order to unlock this achievement. You can tune the van however you want.
 
 

47. A Royal Affair

(0.5%)
 
At sunrise, take a photo of your car with some monarch butterflies at Hotel Mirador Balderrama
 
 
This hotel is located right under Copper Canyon in the map. Wait until sunrise and simply take a picture of your car. The butterflies do not need to be visible, but your car needs to be.
 
 

48. Dust in the Lens

(0.3%)
 
Take a photo featuring the Gran Telescopio and a dust storm
 
 
Go up to the top of the volcano. There you will find a large satellite-dish-looking telescope. Wait until a dust storm appears and take a picture of the building. Your car does not need to be in the picture.
 
 

49. Water Performance

(0.3%)
 
Earn 3 stars at the Puerta Pétrea and La Marisma Trailblazers within 2 minutes
 
 
You are allowed to do this in any order with any car. The 2 minutes counter will only begin once you get 3 stars in the first Trailblazer, meaning you actually have more than 2 minutes. to complete this achievement.
 
 

50. I Have the High Ground

Win 3 Rivals Events in 3 different PI Classes while driving the same car
 
 
In every Rivals Race, the first rival you will have is the easiest. All you have to do is win 1 Rival Race, upgrade your car to a different class, win 1 Rival Race, upgrade your car to a different class, and win the last Rival Race. You must not crash or use the rewind feature in a lap as it will not count as winning.
 
 

51. Unlimited Prowess!

Complete Round Three in all 5 Themes of Horizon Arcade
 
 
Each Horizon Arcade Event will have 5 Themes, each requiring different vehicles/objectives to complete. You must finish round 3 in all 5 themes in order to get the achievement.
 
 

52. Gotta Smash ‘Em All

Complete 5 Seasonal Smashable Challenges
 
 
Sometimes, in each season, there will be a Smash Challenge that requires you to smash a specific object a certain amount of times with your car. Complete 5 different challenges in order to get this achievement.
 
 

53. Treasure Hunter

Find all Treasure Chests in a Festival Playlist Series
 
 
Sometimes, in each season, there will be a Treasure Hunt Challenge. You must complete the challenge and it will lead you to a rough location where a Treasure Chest will appear. Smash the treasure chest. You must destroy all Treasure Chests in the 4 seasons in order to get this achievement.
