(I’ve been wondering if it is even worth to make a guide out of it or not, but there is Koei sales currently going on and people might keep asking).
 
 
In summary and to be short, there had been a few people mentioning about using .exe of the very first version of the game (when just released) to fix it.
 
 
Obviously by logical that sounds “impossible!” because how could it fix a game that’s been updated 4 times? But then I saw one successful case myself, still couldn’t believe it till now mind you, anyway, I thought someone would post it here… and no one did so far, so here we are
 
 
Notice: this file is the original v1.0.0.0 of the game, it means totally not modified at all and official, thus I believe it should be okay to put it here, but do not ask me where I got it from though you knew anyway
