The game has not launched

Many players are now unable play this game due to the latest update. No matter what problem you have, i believe I have a universal solution. It takes less than five minutes and is completely safe.
 
 
The method I will be showing you insures that your Dlcs as well as past fallout3 data remain safe. However, you can increase your safety by backing up your data using the steam cloud and other backup software.
 
 

 
 
 

Running a game

Go to
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17209 – [nexusmods.com]
 
Quickly create an account, then click on manual download to get the bypass package. (Although it says intel, it works for amd as well as other)
 
 

 
 
Click slow and wait for a few seconds
 
 
You'll see three files on the same page when you open up the folders.
 
 

 
 
Navigate to fallout 3, click right click, and then browse your local files(. A folder will appear that contains fallout3 files).
 
 
Now paste the "D3d9” file in the fallout folder
 
 

 
 
Now go to your documents and find your "my Games" folder (.
 
 
In the folder fallout 3, you will find 3 files. Copy the "FALLOUT” file to the folder
 
 
It will ask if you want the file to be replaced as it is.
 
 

 
Now you are ready to go
