Over a period 10 seasons, I created a 'Good Starting Template' spreadsheet for each track. Most of these are at 85% confidence, but will be improved over time. These were created from many different cars, seasons, drivers. Because changing settings in Practice sessions takes so long, the Confidence stat will be the one you struggle with most. These starting templates will save you time and help you save a session of testing. Invaluable.
 
I have included all of my information from the spreadsheet. I am not certain if Season, Team, or Driver has any baring on these confidence rating but I have added them the list to see what patterns might emerge down the road.

All cars, tracks, and drivers are unique. What works for one driver might not work for another. This guide is intended to be a helper in your early F1 Manager days. It is a good idea to keep track of your results so you can refer back to them when you return to a circuit.
