THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW IN TEAM CAREER MODE FOR STRONGER START

1.º At the start when you are asked questions, choose wisely. Example:

If you praise engine power you will get a boost in that department, increasing the R&D Tree.

And the question who are your rivals example haas, you will be at the middle of R&D Tree. But if you choose Williams you will at the R&D bottom.

2 .º Get a boost in the R&D tree at the start by answering or choosing Power or aero. Like above mentioned. Engine Power, is the best. And choose Honda. Cheaper too.

3.º Do not waste resources or time on training F2 drivers. They s.u.c.k. But if you want invest in the facilities that improve their stats.

4.º The last 5 to 7 races start saving R&D points. In order to save points because change of rules.

Sometimes there is no change of rules, but you do not lose points.

5.º Invest on R&D Generation Facilities. The rest only improve later in game.

Because you will have a lots of R&D points to spend every week.

200 per facility “MAX” ( aero, power, durability, chassis ) = 800 points per week

more if you include “exp” facility for second drivers. Love R&D points.

6.º When you need to replace a part of engine and take a penalty, order all parts,. The A.I will not do this and if you do you only take a penalty once. And have a full stack of new engine parts.

Kinda like a exploit. 🙂
