Renaissance Person perk gives you a +1 to every stat, but also requires 5 in each stat to be taken.
 
 
During character creating, you may want to boost multiple stats, but since no dump-stats lower then 5 are allowed, and only 46 base stat points available, boosting more then a single stat is difficult. One theory was to let Deftness and Guts stay at 4 at character creation, and rely on +1 passives to get them to 5 and use Renaissance Man.
 
 
Criminal at skill level 150 will give +1 Deftness with the “Smooth Operator” Passive Ability
 
Survival at skill level 150 will give +1 Guts with the “Seasoned Wanderer” Passive Ability
 
 
Can you “enable” the Rennaisance Person perk to be taken with starting stats Deftness 4 and Guts 4, and rely on 150 in Survival and Criminal to reach 5 in Deftness and Guts?
 
 
Answer is NO.
 
 
The skill level 150 bonus does not count as “base stat” that enables perks! it counts as a permanent buff.
