Inside the game’s installation folder is a file with name Settings.exe that runs the initial setup.
 
 
If you don’t know how to find the installation folder, follow these steps:
 
 
1. Right click on the game in the Steam library.
 
 
2. Select “Properties”.
 
 
3. Select “Local files” and “Open Folder”.
 
 
4. In Windows Explorer, run the Settings.exe file.
