Goddess

Saved your power
 
→ Choose the dialogue options:
 
Tell the truth or Hide the truth (either option works)
 
Keep immortality
 
 
 

Found minigame

I’m not entirely sure what triggers this, but it unlocked automatically for me after following the steps for the Fire and wind achievement. (I had unlocked Opened the gallery and Human before Fire and wind.)
