An explanation of Squads, the most elusive feature of the Steam Version.

 

The button might be tricky to find. You can choose a commander using the Nobles panel. The choices will then be shown.
On the bottom left is where the nobility screen is.
Once that is finished, click create a new squad and then select the open spots to allocate people to certain duties.
And presto! You now have a team! I’m still experimenting with how to persuade them to utilize the weaponry we have. Please return for further updates. Just making sure us old fogies could at least find the button for this is all I was trying to do.
