Why do you need this guide?
I checked the follower trait guides. The traits you can roll are all mixed up with doctrines.

Gullible is the only exception.
 
Because you will be healing your sick followers with flowers at the healing building, Strong Constituion is not necessary. Faith is very fleeting. It doesn't matter if you have faith or not.

Cynical people are bad. Faithlessness can also be very bad. These other problems can be dealt with by faith.
 
 
 

What is a perfect roll?

Make sure to roll Gullible, and don't roll Faithless. You can work around the rest and Cynical is not always bad, but it cannot be rolled with Gullible for obvious reasons.
 
Each follower has 1-3 traits. If you roll a follower using Gullible, you will almost have a perfect followinger from the start.
 
I prefer to gift Gullible followers a Moon necklace. It helps me remember who I should resurrect and allows me to work every night.
