Week 3 Overview

Welcome to the Riptide Missions Guide! Today, we’ll be covering the Week 3 missions and how to complete them (with in-depth steps).

First of all, a quick overview of the third week. Similar to Week 2 –there’s only 4 missions available to complete and only 6 stars that are able to be achieved from this week.

Week 3 missions in-game
 
 
 

Point Break

---

 
We’re back into Blacksite and this time you’re going to have to get a certain amount of kills with various Sniper Rifles.

Tip

 
You’re going to start off with pistols – so have someone stationed on the top of the tower and one down below. Have the guy up on the top relay information down to the guy below – and try to pick them off one by one. Repeat with SMG’s, then the SSG’s, then the AWP’s and Autosnipers.
 
 
 

Wingman – Ravine

Similar to a mission in Week 1 relating to Wingman – you’ll have to win either 21 rounds or win an entire game of Ravine – a new (and beautiful) Wingman map.
 
 

• Win 21 rounds or
• Win a single match

Tip

 
Double up with one of your friends and just brute force your way into this mission. It isn’t worth it to practice this map on a private server – so just learn it along the way.
 
 
 

Carve ‘Em Up

The third mission is simple to complete and like the 2nd one – it can just be done with brute force and doesn’t require a lot of explanation. There are however, some tips for the following objectives:
 
 

• Deal 2000 damage total
• Deal 1000 damage total in a single match

Tip

 
First of all, go to the Terrorist side. You’ll have 4 opponents and thus more chances to deal damage – you’re going to be wanting to go for the 1000 total damage. Just keep tapping away at those heads with your AK’s and Deagle’s and you’ll be good to go.
 
 
Also, if you ever see the AWP – get it. If you get a headshot that’s nearly half (450) of the damage required.
 
 
 

Wipeout

The last mission is a weirdly named one – it’s rather misleading as you’re supposed to graffiti various locations on Dust 2:
 
 

• CT Spawn
• Bombsite A
• Pit
• Bombsite B
• Mid Doors
• T Spawn
• Catwalk
• Upper Tunnel
• Long Doors
• Middle

Tip

 
Unlike the first location-based mission in Week 1, you don’t have to go in order. Because of this, I recommend being on CT for these locations (since it’s easier to get to them):
 

• CT Spawn
• Bombsite A
• Pit
• Bombsite B
• Mid Doors
• Catwalk
• Middle

and the following for T:
 

• T Spawn
• Upper Tunnel
• Long Doors
