Step 1:

Check if your save has the shadow achievements “Cheated cookies taste awful” and/or “Third-Party”

If you do, you’ll need to remove them to earn achievements.

Step 2:

Go onto the web version of cookie clicker.
 
Right click anywhere and select the inspect option.
 
At the top of the newly opened window you’ll want to click “Console” and then when you’re in the console you want to write Game.Achievements[“Cheated cookies taste awful”].won=0 and
 
Game.Achievements[“Third-Partyl”].won=0 if you have both; this should remove them from your achievement list.
 
 
 

Step 3:

Now all you have to do is save your web-save and import it to steam, you should be getting the steam achievements now.
