Introduction

  • Collector – Find all images.

  • Anthropologist – Find all files.

  • The Special Robot – Find all special upgrade cores.

  • The Healthy Robot – Find all health upgrade cores.

  • Robot 2.0 – Unlock all upgrades.

  • (unsure) Mastermind – Control all enemies.

The simplest way to unlock every achievement in one playthrough is to follow the Dwaggienite’s excellent collectible videos – [youtube.com]  while playing. Two important notes:

  • Collect everything in “Area 0 – Nucleonics” before leaving as you can’t backtrack to that area.
  • Hack every new enemy machine you come across. There’s an achievement for hacking all enemies at least once. Some enemies respawn after a while, but I’m not sure there’s enough for all of them. Regardless, hack every new enemy at first opportunity.

  • Mastermind

    Control all enemies.

A major feature of the game is hacking and gaining control of other machines. Hacking an machine for the first time also adds an entry to the Machines section of the Database, so this achievement is basically filling out that section. In the second half if the game there will be more powerful versions of most enemies. These don’t count as seperate entries.

I have marked this achievement as missable because I’m unsure if all enemy types pernamently respawn.
