Wall of Duty	Prison Break, Ghost Team and Countdown are some of the options available.	You can kill three enemies with the Riot Shield, either in Co-op and in the Campaign.	Click here – [youtu.be]
Backpack Guy	Prison Break	You can blind or kill your enemies with a Molotov and Semtex Molotov, as well as a Frag in “Prison Break”.	Click here – [youtu.be]

Wind must be strong	Countdown	Rescue the hostages in Countdown, without your enemies firing their guns.	Click here – [youtu.be]

I would like to add some information for achievements that might be useful

"Keeping this One" Is also located on Violence and Timing

I found one safe (contributes to "Gentleman Thief" on El Sin Nombre mission, on Diego's room.
Code is on a paint in the same room, I believe it was 02-02-19

"A Crappy Way to Die" It's located at Dark Water mission. After going upstairs the first time, you need to shoot at the left bathroom. If you don't your teammates will kill him for you, negating this achievement.
You can load checkpoint if you was not able to kill him yourself.

Another update for you:

Found another safe on "Alone", on the cafeteria, after getting the adrenaline shot and seeing the dying dude while opening the door.
Going to the left while entering the next building (marked with the sign of "Loncheria Quana", but you can't miss it, you're suppoused to go that way) going to the left will get you to the office and the safe

Code is 10-10-80

For the CCTV Achievement, it is during Prison Break, right after infiltrating the prison. You have to do the directing and ordering of ghost in under 4 minutes.

Great guide! Small nitpick, but I'm pretty sure the shields in "Countdown" also allow you to get "Wall of Duty"?
