How to improve the game's performance by changing certain userconfig parameters. I discovered this trick by exploring the gameuserconfig of Wonderlands.
 

Let's Go!

1 – Start the game and choose your personal options. To create the user config file, you must do this first.
 
2 – Close the game then open your userconfig file : MyDocuments\My Games\Borderlands-3\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini
 
3 – Scroll to the bottom until you find these lines. Change the numbers with those I wrote here.

4 – Save the file, then put it read only. Make sure that you have your personal settings in the game. Once you are done, launch the game and choose your settings. Next, change the numbers and save/read again. Done!
