This achievement is obtained during the final confrontation of the Sins Of The Past quest given by Dandelion the pimp in TG outskirts.
 
 
Requirements:
 

• Intelligence <5
• Luck >5

 
If you meet the conditions above you need to choose the “vigilante justice” line, offer 100 rubles and then choose the [Luck] line. Mission accomplished.
 
 
 

Goose Sacrifice

This method unlocked Goose Sacrifice achievement for me specifically.
 
The prerequisite for this achievement is in the very beginning of the game – the guy who has locked his keys inside the car in TG outskirts needs your help. Help him without using the [Attention] line. Most likely you’ll have enough for the [Lockpick] option.
 
 
Requirements:
 

• Lockpicking >99
• Attention >5
• Personality >7

 
Attention spots your reward, personality lets you ask for it succesfully, and you need to return it after asking for it.
 
 
During the Sins of the Past quest, same as the achievement before, it unlocked for me when I chose the same lines but had Luck of 5.
 
 
It’s very likely the goose acts as a theoretical 1 Luck point which gets used up the next time you’d need it. So for my particular case, I had luck 5, needed 6+ to succeed and the goose yielded success. Therefore it should work outside Sins of the past quest as long as you are 1? luck point behind.
 
 
It probably needs more than 1 luck dialogue trigger in this way. Good options are human BBQ guys when you search for clues for Krasnoznamenny’s mailman or fixing the radio for the older guy at the beginning of the game.
 
 
 

Second Thought

Can be done only during the Revolutionary questline.
 
 
When you are tasked to go the dock’s warehouse to procure weapons for your cause, you are given the choice of using a skillcheck and get them for free, OR using nothing but a promise of helping the smugglers out in the future. Promise to help them.
 
 
Later on (before going on the strike in factory) I was contacted by Truther in front of Outskirts’ hotel to help Milkman. Milkman asks you to get the drugmilk-cow from Grey Corner area. Get it by passing any skillcheck and when talking to Milkman back in docks tell him the cow seems sad and you reconsidered. Kill everyone. Cow leaves during the combat and you’ll find her back in Grey Corner. Talk to her owner and achievement accomplished.
 
 
 

Sick Freak

Find Slava in Scrap Quarter, chat him up and make sure you tell him to go out in the world by himself without offering to speak to his mother on his behalf.
 
In 2 days he’ll be gone, mother tells you off. You find Slava behind the van near Haishen (the dog) in Outskirts. He tells you he offers sexual experience for rubles/drugs.
 
 
Trail back to his mother and tell her what happened to her son. She dies of a heart attack. Get back to Slava and tell him his mom died. He asks for black lotus to commemorate her. Give him one bag and ask for s*x in return.
 
 
 

Holy Mountain

For this achievement, just to be on the safe side, save before talking to Kung-Lan (old guy in brothel) for the 1st time as you need to tell him exactly what he wants to hear upon meeting him BEFORE you even take the quest.
 
 
“Whenever I visit a place, I speak to everyone…” and then exhaust his dialogue tree multiple times (pengyou, brothel, everything,…), tell him if he has a quest, you MUST take it.
 
 
When you get him everything he wants, choose “Life has no meaning?…” followed by “Believe it or not,…” If you didn’t do everything right and proceed with the quest, upon its resolution he tells you you failed to convince him that you’d go to any length to get to know the real truth.
 
 
If you do everything right, you’ll be greeted by a unique piece of dialogue and get a nice spoiler 😛
