Difference between normal movement and Combat Pace movement.

 
 
As you can see when you walk normally in Arma 3, your weapon is lowered so you can shoot.
 
With the combat pace option in use your weapon is ALWAYS ready to shoot. More efficient in Combat.
 
 
 

Where is Combat Pace option ?

You can assign a keybind to this option, to do so you need to go in ur Keybind option -> Infantry Movement -> Combat Pace Toggle :
