Boost FPS:

There are some commands that serve a lot to increase performance, to begin with, we obviously have to have everything in low, all options disabled, everything to a minimum.
Parameters:
Let’s go to Steam, Library, ARK: SURVIVAL EVOLVED, properties, add launch parameters
We put the following:
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES
-high
-lowmemory
-NOMANSKY
-d3d10
-sm4

Programs:
One of the programs that I recommend the most is Razer Cortex, in my case it helped me a lot, I was able to get a maximum of 15 FPS.

Commands:

We start an ARK game and press TAB and enter the following commands.

r.screenpercentage X
We replace the value of X with a value between 0 and 100 I recommend 25/50 or in the worst case 15. This reduces the resolution and it will see all pixelated but a large amount of FPS will increase.
sg.effectsquality 0
What this command will do is reduce the quality of the effects to a minimum.
R.ViewDistanceScale 0
It will reduce the viewing distance of Trees, Rocks, Dinos.
r.shadowquality 0
This command will lower the quality of the shadows making the fps go up a bit more.
