Introduction

*This guide may contains errors.It may be updated anytime if I find them, so don’t copy the content and post it to other platform.
*This article does not aim to provide EVERY knowledge and strategies for Core Shaping. It provides the basic knowledge I think that is enough for a play to shape a T1 Golden Core. If you are looking for a super warrior, you need more.
*It is written for players who have basic knowledge of this game. If you are a new player, it is not a appropriate guide for you. Please don’t concern about the grade of Golden Core. Just let your character reach the Golden Core first. It is much more thing you need to experience.
In this guide, I am going to talk about the factors that affect the grade of Golden Core and discuss some methods to fulfill such factors. It may help your character to reach a T1 Golden Core.
Reasons of getting a High-grade Golden Core
And first, why your character needs a T1 Golden Core?
The grade of Golden Core will directly affect the basic Qi of your character, it means it affects Qi capacity of your character.Higher the grade they have, Higher Max Qi they have.
In Amazing Cultivation Simulator, if your character is cultivating through Xiandao Cultivation (仙道/內丹術), you can consider your character’s Qi is both of the “HP” and “MP” of your character.
When your character is combating, casting spell or using Miracle, Qi will be used. If your character run out of Qi, your character will be in dangerous, because your character will be unable to cast
a spell,use Artifact to combat or use Qi to protect himself/herself — It means your character’s body will be Injured by enemy and he/she will die.
Therefore, getting a high-grade Golden Core-
- Increases the chance of Wining a Combat
- Increases ability to maintain a Diagram’s (陣) Qi (優質充電寶)
- Allows your character to use high consumption Spell, Miracle
- Allows your character to craft a high grade Artifact (Crafting high-grade Artifact need so much Qi)
- Increases the chance of success in ascension (the Qi of first tribulation(天劫) may be around 400 thousand Qi to 800 thousand Qi(or more) based on the difficulty of your game)
,etc.
Understand the “Core Shaping”
The “Period of Core Shaping” (結丹期) is very important period for your character. In the ending of the “Period of Core Shaping”, you will choose a location for your character to perform “Core Shaping”(結丹).
The idea of “Core Shaping” comes from Taoism, after Core Shaping, it will be a “spiritual core” inside the human body. This core is called Golden Core(金丹).
In the game, you have to make everything well prepared before “Core Shaping”, because the moment of “Core Shaping” will directly affect the quality of the Golden Core.
SO collect the perfect materials,construct the perfect location and wait for the perfect timing to shape the perfect damn core.
Once your character reaches “The Period of Golden Core”(金丹期), the grade of the Golden Core
will be locked and become unchangeable.Your character “almost” impossible to change it unless he/she reborns (It is off-topic).Therefore, you have to be careful, especially playing “Immortal Mode”.
During “Core Shaping”,a progress bar appears.When progress bar is loading, all your character’s Qi will be converted to your character’s basic Qi .

Remember. This progress is dynamic, when progress bar is running, every point of Qi will be converted based on various factors currently. It means, before the progress bar disappears, you have to maintain each factors such as weather, Qi density, etc, are perfect for “Core Shaping” in order to get a great efficiency.

The factors affect the Core Shaping
As mentioned above, now we know a fact. During “Core Shaping”, all the character’s Qi will be converted to the character’s basic Qi, and the conversion efficiency will be affected by various factors.
Therefore, there are two points to get a T1 Golden Core.
- 1.Increase the max Qi of your character
- 2.Increase the conversion efficiency by fulfilling the requirements (factors)
Point one is easy to understand, but point two is complicated, so please refer to the following picture:
This is 7 points affects the efficiency:
- Law
- Mental State
- Weather
- Season
- Yin Yang
- Element of the location
- Qi Bonus of the location
Based on that, I sum up some simple points for you to increase the chance of forming a high-grade gold core:
- Increase the max Qi of your character
- Make sure your character “matches” the law he/she practices
- Adjust your character’s mind state before Core Shaping
- Choose a perfect season and day that boosts the law he/she practices based on “Five elements” (五行)
- Bring the weather that is suitable for Core Shaping based on Five elements (五行)
- Find a timing that boosts his/her law according to Yin Yang (陰陽)
- Select and create a location that boosts the law he/she practices based on Five elements (五行) and has “high Qi density”
Increase the max Qi
This point is ready easy to understand, but how?
1.Find a talented character
There is a trait that affects the Max Qi of the character – Qi sense
Qi sense
Every character has trait called “Qi sense”. It will directly affect the max Qi of charactor, so you should choose a character with high Qi sense to become an inner disciple.
Also, Qi sense is a variable affected by constitution. You could slightly increase the Qi sense by increasing the character’s constitution.
2. Studing Manual
There are many manuals that increase the max Qi. In the game(version 1.15) , there are 12 Supreme Laws for Xiandao Cultivation. You are suggested to collect them all, and transcribe them to Manual Pavilion.

After transcribing, your character can learn the manuals from 12 Supreme Law by studying the book from Manual Pavilion now.Study all manuals that:
- Increases the Max Qi
- Increases the Qi sense
That is two manuals that you have to be careful if your character studies it for increasing Max Qi. They are “Lunarfrost Form”(太陰鍛體) and “Reformed Lifeblood” (血骨煉形).

If your character is male, “something” will happen after studying “Lunarfrost Form”. You can find a character has the Miracle “reconstruction” (再造術)  to deal with it. |

If your character study “Reformed Lifeblood”, your character will suffer from long term smelting.
Your character can recover by taking “Panacea Pill”(再造金丹), but it is hard to find in early game play.Therefore, you should consider whether studying it if you don’t have Panacea Pill in the game.

3. Taking drug
There are various items your character can take by increasing Max Qi after becoming a inner disciple.I am not going to list them all, because it is not a guide for hard-core player.I just provide you some normal choices.
Red Ginseng |
Your characters can collect them randomly by farming “Ginseng”, adventuring or trading. |
Ganoderma |
Your characters can collect them randomly by farming “Lingzhi”, adventuring or trading. |
Earth Flux |
You can collect them by adventuring, trading, etc. |
PURPLE Junk pill |
You can find it by entering the location “Alchemist’s Peak” (煉丹峰) or randomly get it if your character perform a failed alchemy in a “very ominous Alchemy Furnace” (大凶丹爐).
Remember! ONLY a “PURPLE junk pill“(紫毀丹)
After taking purple junk pill, your character will become unconscious.You have to heal him/her immediately by using “Panacea” |
Wicked Flux |
You can collect them by adventuring, trading, etc, but you have to be careful that taking Wicked Flux will decrease character’s mental state forever! Therefore your character should take it depending on your situation.Don’t take too many of them. |
There are some items like “Phoenix Flesh”, “Flood Dragon Flesh”,etc, which can increase the Max Qi of the character,but normally you get them in late game. I am not going talk too much about them, because if you can kill a dragon I think you already don’t need this guide 🙂
Tips: By costing 1 “Anguish Soul Gem “(幽珀), you can use Miracle “Specter Refinement” 
(幽淬之法) to increase the tier of the drug.The effect of a drug will be increased if the Tier NAME (the color of the name, not number) is upgraded,
4.Inner Cauldron
Inner Cauldron
This is a function called “inner Cauldron”.When a character cultivating , character can slowly refine max Qi from inner Cauldron. Inner Cauldron limit is a variable affected by character’s potential, and it will decide how many max Qi can be refined from it.
Potential
After becoming an inner disciple, the character’s potential will be locked. Character’s potential is affected by the 5 attributes (Perception,Constitution,Charisma,Intelligence,Luck) of the character.Higher they are, higher the potential is.To increase the potential of the character, you should increase the 5 talents I mentioned above before promoting him/her to be an inner disciple.
The refinement speed is decided by Cultivation Speed Bonus. Increasing cultivating speed will increase the refinement speed at the same time.If your character’s cultivating speed is high enough, your character can delay “Core Shaping” and try refining the max Qi from Inner Cauldron.

However I don’t recommend doing refinement if you only want a T1 Golden Core.Refinement is a way used so as to shape a perfect warrior in late game. In early game, your character’s cultivation speed will be very slow, so waiting for refinement will be extremely inefficient! Don’t wait for it in early game!
5.Relic
Just let you know there is a relic called “Spirit Pagoda”(萬靈塔) which can increase the person’s max Qi. “Relic” is a item that can be placed at room. If the room fulfills its requirement, relic will affect the character who stays inside the room.
In the late game, you can get “Spirit Pagoda” by defeating “Ancient Cultivator”. However the chance is very low.Therefore don’t waste your time if you just want T1 Golden Core.It is for shaping a super warrior. At the moment, I don’t even have this relic.

The compatibility between cultivator and the law
In the previous topic, I have mentioned about how you can increase your character’s max Qi. Then I am going to talk about how to increase the efficiency.
Remember this picture right?
It is 7 factors you can fulfill to increase efficiency. In this topic, I will talk about the “Law” , the compatibility between cultivator and the law.
So what is compatibility? We knows a character have 6 attributes, and they are Perception, Constitution, Charisma, Intelligence, Luck and Potential.
Each Law requests different attributes. Therefore you should check whether the character is compatible with the law they are going to study before choosing them to become a inner disciple.
The compatibility table
You can check the compatibility by watching the “Match” in the compatibility table. The more, the better.
You can increase a character’s attributes by various methods. However, before we talk about them, do you remember the Inner Cauldron? If you plan to order your character refining the max Qi from Inner Cauldron, some methods should be taken before becoming inner disciple, because of the “potential”.
After becoming an inner disciple, the character’s potential will be locked. Character’s potential is affected by the 5 attributes (Perception,Constitution,Charisma,Intelligence,Luck) of the character.Higher they are, higher the potential is.
Increase the potential will increase the Inner Cauldron limit. It is why some methods are recommended to take before becoming inner disciple.
OK, let’s start.
Methods before becoming inner disciple:
1.Miracle
There are 4 miracles a cultivator can use to increase a outer disciple’s attributes:
charismatic(再造形神) |
| Consume 60 lifespan and 150000 Qi, and increase target’s charisma by at least 20%.Lower its initial value, greater the effect will be. |
Resilient (伐毛洗髓) |
| Consume 60 lifespan and 150000 Qi, and increase target’s constitution by at least 20%.Lower its initial value, greater the effect will be. |
Perceptive(開天眼) |
| Consume 60 lifespan and 150000 Qi, and increase target’s perception by at least 20%.Lower its initial value, greater the effect will be. |
Enlightened(醍醐灌頂) |
| Consume 60 lifespan and 150000 Qi, and increase target’s intelligence by at least 20%.Lower its initial value, greater the effect will be. |
2. Taking Drug
There are some popular drugs that can increase a character’s attributes, but they are rare in early game.
Eternal Pill(五極靈丹) |
It will increase five attributes of a character and 500 life span. You may get it from alchemy, adventuring, trading. |
Bane Pill (毒五炁元神丹) |
It will increase five attributes of a character but decrease 60 life span.Your character is suggested to take the drug that prolongs his/her life span above 60 life span before taking it, or else your character will be at risk of dying. You may get it from alchemy, adventuring, trading. |
3. Asking a immortal to help
If a immortal is ascended by practicing “Primordia Alchemy Law” (九轉金丹直指), you can ask them to “remold” a outer disciple by costing 25 incense.It will increase five attributes of a outer disciple.
After a cultivator ascending, he/she will leave a “Mortal Body” on the location he/she has ascended. By clicking the him/her Mortal Body, you can order a outer disciple to rite him/her by ritual so as to get “incense” and ask him/her to remold a outer disciple.

4. Equipment
Some equipment can increase attributes, such as:

Slightly Increases character’s charisma, but your character’s hair will become white after equiping.You can get it by trading. |

5.Talisman
There is a Talisman called “Heavenment Talisman”(通天符) and it can improve the 5 attributes by equipping it.

Methods after becoming inner disciple:
1. Studying manual
By using the Manual Pavilion, study all manuals that increase the 5 attributes.
2.Take Drug before shaping a golden core
Forming Pill (築基丹) |
It will increase the character’s charisma, constitution, perception, intelligence by 30% for 48 hours. Because the effect is temporary, you can take it before your character performs “core shaping” to increase the compatibility temporarily. You may get it from alchemy, adventuring, trading. |

Each of them increases different attribute, you can check out their description.They will increase one attribute by 30% for 48 hours and decreases 3 years of life.As mentioned before, check character’s life span before taking it. Your character may take it depending on his/her situation. Because the effect is temporary, you can take it before your character performs “core shaping” to increase the compatibility temporarily. You may get it from alchemy, adventuring, trading. |
Mental state
This factor is very easy to fulfill. Before your character perform “Golden Core Shaping”, you should adjust his/her mental state by clicking the “mind” button in the training table.
Also Your character can use “Talisman” (符) to improve the your mental state:

| It is a manual called “Divine Talismans of the five elemental Qi”(五炁神符經), which may be obtained from the secret,”Traces of Ancient Book”(古書踪迹).
Also, in day 285, it will be a secret called “Golden Casket Opened” (金匣开启).You can obtain it by choosing “Chase after the book case sealed with talismans” (追逐一方符文周圍的書匣) if success. “Primordial Symbols Law” has a manual called “Comprehensive Book of Talismans” that records the method to draw “Talisman of Tranquil Heart”. |

| It is a manual called “Jade Latter of the Three Cave”(三洞玉函), which may be obtained from the secret,”Traces of Ancient Book”(古書踪迹), in the world.
Also, in day 285, it will be a secret called “Golden Casket Opened” (金匣开启).You can obtain it by choosing “Chase after the book case sealed with talismans”(追逐一方符文周圍的書匣) if success. |

| It comes from a secret feature released in 2019. When your character visits “Otherworld Rift” in Chinese New Year (Real time,not game time), he/she are supposed to get a manual that allows your inner disciple to produce “Illustration of Everlasting Prosperity”. You may try to manually change your computer’s date to around 5th Feb 2019 in order to get this manual. If you fail to obtain this manual by changing the date to 5th Feb 2019, you are suggested to consult a professional.

Also, there are other equipment that can improve the mental state of a character such as clothing, handicraft items, but I am not going to mention them all because they only have pretty slight effect.If you are interested in them, you can investigate by yourself.
Weather
Before we talk about the weather, you have to understand what is Five elements (五行) first. The Five elements is an Chinese concept. In ancient China, people believe that there are “Five Elements” in the world.They are Fire(火),Water(水),Wood(木), Metal(金), and Earth(土).

They may Inter-promote(相生) or inter-overcome(相克) each other:

In the game, each weather has its own element. During Core Shaping, you should order your cultivator to use miracle to keep bringing a weather to promote the law that your character study until the end of the progress. For example, if your character is studying “True Sun Refining Law”(三陽三昧丙丁煉火訣), your character should shaping the core during “Noxious Air”.It is because “Noxious Air” contains “Wood” element, and “Wood” promotes “Fire” according to the concept of Five elements.

The cultivator can learn such miracles from supreme law, or by learning the manual, “Scripture of Heaven Prayer”(祈天經)
. It can be learned from the supreme law, “Primordial Symbol Law”, and obtained from the secret,”Traces of Ancient Book”(古書踪迹). After learning this manual, “Scripture of Heaven Prayer”, you will get the 5 miracles you need and a other miracle “Cloud Dispelling Chant”(驅雲訣).
Tip: Asking an immortal to help
If a immortal is ascended by practicing:

You can ask them to “protect” your disciples by costing 9 incense.After clicking the protect, the weather effect will be cleared immediately,and a weather buff “Air of Cultivation” will be granted for 9 days. Your character will have a “5+” weather buff during the “Air of Cultivation”.

Season
Just like weather, each season has its own element. Mechanism of season factor is extremely complicated. I cannot provide an accurate timing for you.
The thing i vaguely know is that, when a season start, the power of the its element will gradually increase. In a few days before day 14, its element will become strongest. However, after day 14, all seasons’ element will gradually turn to “Earth”. In a few days before day 28, the “Earth” element will become strongest.
Therefore, based on that, I will draw a table like this:

Yin Yang(陰陽) is a Chinese concept. Yin(陰) can imply shady. Yang(陽) can imply sunny.

Tip: Using an immortal’s protection and weather to get a better efficiency
As mentioned before, you can cost 9 incense to ask a immortal to bring a 5+ weather buff “Air of Cultivation” for 9 days and Yin Yang will be affected by raining.Therefore for some laws, you can wisely use it for better result.
During “Air of Cultivation”, you can still use miracle such as “rainmaking” 
to bring a rain.
For example, for Earth law, such as “Sunflower Refining Law” and “Heaven Stealing Law”, if your character starts “Core shaping” during “Foehn Wind” at about 18:30, there will be:

Elements of a location
This guide is almost finished,but location factors are the most important part.
Location Factors
There will be two factors that affects the efficiency of Core Shaping:
- Qi Bonus
- Elements
“Elements” part is easy to understand. Remember “Five Elements”(五行) right? When creating a location for Core Shaping, you should place something that contain an element that boosts the law around the location. That means, if your character is studying “Fire” Law and you should place something that contain “Wood” element near him/her.

Now you know the “Elements” part, but, before you start create a place for core shaping, these is still one thing you also need to understand,the “Qi Bonus”.
Qi Bonus: Understanding “Density of Qi” and “Gather Qi”
This is the final factor! Happy, right? Unfortunately, it is also the most complicated and IMPORTANT part.
So, what is “Qi Bonus”?
Before you understand what is “Qi Bonus”, you have to understand what is Qi (靈氣). Qi imply “Air” in Chinese. In many “Xianxia”(仙俠) stories, “Qi”(靈氣) is often imagined as “the gas that has mysterious power”. This simple description may be inaccurate, because “Qi” is profound Chinese concept.

It is a mod written in Chinese language, the word “灵气” in the information table imply “density of Qi”.
Now you see that each grid has its own “density of Qi”. In this example, the “density of Qi” at this grid is “1419.29”.
Then, let’s watch about description of “Qi Bonus” :
Now you see what is “Qi Bonus” right?
When you choose a location (grid) for core shaping, higher the “density of Qi” is,and higher the “Qi Bonus” will be!
Therefore, do everything you can to build a location (a grid) that has highest density of Qi for your character to shap a core.
But How?
In the game, every grid in the game is given another hidden variable,”Gather Qi”(聚靈). “Gather Qi” means the grid’s attraction for Qi. Higher the “Gather Qi” is,and higher the “density of Qi” MAY be. (I use “may” not “will”, because it is a dynamic variable)
Now we have a example:
In this picture, the word “聚灵” in the information table imply “Gather Qi” and the word “无” in the information table imply “none”.Therefore, the “Gather Qi” of this grid is “0”.
So, in order to increase the “density of Qi” of this grid, you should try to increase the “Gather Qi” of this grid.
Some items are given a special feature,”Gather Qi”. (Same name, but the function is different.)
I use “Spiritwood” as a example:
Such items can increase “Gather Qi” of the nearby grid/grids in certain distance.
So let’s try:
After placing a “Spiritwood” (Gather Qi:20) in a nearby grid, the “Gather Qi” of this grid has slowly increased. It takes time.
After 5 days, the “Gather Qi” of this grid will become about 20(may be lower,depending on the distance between the grid and the item), and this grid will has more chance to get higher “density of Qi” than before.
Therefore, what you should do is:
1.Prepare some items that has “Gather Qi” feature.
2.Choose a grid you want for core shaping
3.Place such items in the nearby grids
4.After placing, don’t move any items and wait for 5 days
5.Order your character perform “Core Shaping” in the grid you choose.
Qi Bonus:Creating a location to gather Qi
Before you are going to build up a location, you should put attention that each item has its own effective range.
For Spiritwood, its effective range of gather Qi is “4”.
Therefore, Spiritwood is supposed to increase “gather Qi” of 4 grids.you can refer to the picture

By wisely using this,you can build up your own location for your character.

Also, remember the concept of “5 Elements”. You should create a location for Qi gathering with items that promote the law that your character studies.

I am not going to tell you how to obtain such items one by one or tell you what is the “best strategy” to place them (Because I don’t know :D). You should develop your own strategy and style.
However, please be reminded that a location for Qi gathering MAY be constituted by more than ONE elements.
For example:
This is a location for “Metal” Law,but it can be constituted by “Earth” items and “Fire” items.Based on the items you have,you can place them wisely after calculation.
Tip:
The location for “Earth” Law are supposed to be constituted by many “Fire” items, so it will be extremely hot.Also The location for “Wood” Law are supposed to be constituted by many “Water” items, so it will be extremely cold.
Therefore, you may try to build both of them in one room in order to balance the temperate they create.
