Note that she will despawn after the Mr.X quest is finished. 
 
 
 
She will be to your right as you enter the park. 
 
 

Step 2: Karate chop her in the throat

 
She ain’t afraid. She won’t run away. 
 
 

Step 3: Take her clothes

 
If you care about Shadow Soul affinity, take only 2 of her clothing. 
Stripping without dusting doesn’t seem to decrease affinity. 
 
Otherwise, take all of her clothing. 
 
Each piece is worth 10k. 
 
 

Step 4: Leave the park and repeat

 
Until you get bored. 
 
 

Step 5: Sell those clothes for cash

Step 6: Thank the cosplayer for having multiple back-up outfits
