Reckless Achievement is bugged, but you can still get it. Here’s how
 
 

Just use a controller lol

That’s not a joke.
 
When selecting a powerup after levelling up, the game registers your click as a use of primary fire.
 
Controller uses a seperate button for selecting powerup, and firing, so you wont have that problem.
 
Now go get that achievement.
